The Montana Cowboy Hall of Fame and Western Heritage Center (MCHF & WHC) held its Annual Business Meeting, Trustees Gathering and “Circle the Wagons Dinner & Benefit Auction,” Feb. 5-6 in Lewistown, Mont.
